if you're dragging the object in the scene, that would scale the object. to move the camera, click in an empty space and drag (to zoom, right click and drag).

It's not clear what you really mean.
You say your employer has agreed to file your AOS papers but has not agreed to proceed with the processing. Isn't that one and the same?
Besides you should ask for exactly what the risk is.
Maybe hiring your own immigration attorney or a consult is the best to get your facts straight.

Hi,
I want to apply for Green Card in EB2 Category through my employee. But I already have a green card in process via my spouse's employee in EB3 Category.
1. So will I be able to get the priority date of the green card process which is in EB3 Category?

You can apply for a new H1 and will not abe counted against the cap. That is what it mean by cap exempt.

I am in the process of moving between jobs. The old job is a teaching job in a university and the new one is a research position in a non-profit think tank. So there is no H1B quota issue for both jobs.
The H1B for the old job won't expire unit next year. I have received the H1B for the new job. The start date for the new H1B is Sept. 1st.
My question is: Can I start my new job before Sept. 1st? I understand that for H1B transfer, one can start the new job once the application receipt from USCIS is received. But in my case, I have already got the new H1B and the start date on that is Sept 1st.

I think this issue used to be there. Why do you think otherwise? COS is not computerized to happen on Oct 1. It is manual process, while approving H1B, it is done. When someone enters after that on H4, then that COS is overwritten.
What lawyer is telling in this regard?

I've filed for the I-140 with EB-1 category in business, then additional evidence was requested and finally received a denial. I would like to know:
1. What are the chances to get approved after appealing? Depends on why it was denied
2. If I were to appeal can I present new evidence? yes you should, else why would you even appeal??
3. After filing the appeal, how long should I expect to receive an answer from DC office? should take atleast 4 months
4. If I ask for additional time before appealing, what are the chances that the additional time will be approved?
5. Is it better to appeal or to request a motion to reopen whenever I gather the new info to defend my case?
6. Do I have better chances if I skip both appealing and motion to reopen and focus on re filing a new case?Depends on why it was denied

So basically while I'm waiting for the priority date to become current, I can legally work aborad for several years without any harm to my GC application at all. When the priority date becomes current, I'll just need to come back to the U.S. to file I-485.
Is that correct? Sorry for keeping asking. Just want to make sure before I make this major decision.

My 485 status on USCIS site is showing Document production or Oath Ceremony. The status changed on 7/8/2010. What does this status mean. Does this mean approval? How long does it take to recieve the actual card once the case enters to this state.

I think you should be fine. Apart from this scenario on the other extreme you could start working for the new company with just the receipt number as well. You dont need to wait for the approval to start working for the new company.

I did about 3 APs and EADs myself this is not so important. I had left it blank. The most important thing I remember is my EAD got rejected was when I picked the wrong section for the Basis of EAD (which is a bunch of codes). Please make sure you pick the right one here, if your in doubt dont fill the form till you know the exact answer.

You need to be present in US at time of applying for the extension and when its approved. Said that in your case I think it would be fine to start H1B extension process after you are back. May be to be safe you can try doing it premium(if company is ready to spend extra money) as it gets done usually in less than a month.

There is likely to be a change in my reporting manager. My current reporting manager will still be in the company in a new role, but I will be reporting to a new manager.
My PERM application (LC) was filed in mid Jan '09, and is still being processed. I would like to know if this will affect my PERM application in any way.
Nothing else has changed since i took up this position, same title, salary, location etc.,
